Clear Line has worked closely with facade consultants over the years to complete many curtain walling refurbishment projects.

We have tailored curtain walling systems to the client’s needs where necessary, by providing specialist access requirements, upgrading insitu materials and working within tenanted buildings.

As part of our curtain walling systems, access provisions have included customised cradle installation, mast climbers, qualified Abseilers and bespoke scaffolding solutions.

The general scope of works may include the removal and replacement of deteriorated gaskets, remedial works to structural glazing and modification of existing glass curtain walls or the full installation of a whole new facade.

We are happy to operate as the Main Contractor on most refurbishment projects. We understand that it is our responsibility for the overall operation of the project from Health and Safety and environment to management of time and costs.
